• The client agrees to pay 50% of the total fees as an upfront payment before the commencement of work.
  • The remaining 50% of the fees shall be paid within one week of the completion of the project.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as per applicable laws.
  • Sethi Build will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the project timeline outlined in the agreement.
  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, changes requested by the client, or other factors beyond Sethi Build’s
    control may impact the timeline.
  • Changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
  • Additional fees and time may apply for changes to the original scope of services.
  • The client agrees to provide necessary information, approvals, and access to the project site as required for the
    completion of services.
  • The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and approvals for the project.
  • All drawings, designs, and other documents prepared by Sethi Build remain the property of Sethi Build unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
  • Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project.
  • Sethi Build’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the services.
  • The client agrees to indemnify and hold Sethi Build harmless from any claims arising out of the client’s use of the services.
  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches its obligations.
  • Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for services rendered up to the termination date.
  • Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws.
  • Any amendments to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
  • This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Sethi Build and the client.
