- The client agrees to pay 50% of the total fees as an upfront payment before the commencement of work.
- The remaining 50% of the fees shall be paid within one week of the completion of the project.
- Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as per applicable laws.
- Sethi Build will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the project timeline outlined in the agreement.
- Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, changes requested by the client, or other factors beyond Sethi Build’s
control may impact the timeline. - Changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
- Additional fees and time may apply for changes to the original scope of services.
- The client agrees to provide necessary information, approvals, and access to the project site as required for the
completion of services. - The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and approvals for the project.
- All drawings, designs, and other documents prepared by Sethi Build remain the property of Sethi Build unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
- Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project.
- Sethi Build’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the services.
- The client agrees to indemnify and hold Sethi Build harmless from any claims arising out of the client’s use of the services.
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches its obligations.
- Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for services rendered up to the termination date.
- Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws.
- Any amendments to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
- This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Sethi Build and the client.
